Biosphere Solutions began with a simple mission: clean up the California desert.

What started at a neglected local shooting spot—strewn with spent brass, lead, cardboard, bottles, and plastic—quickly evolved into something much bigger. We approached it like a junkyard recovery operation, recycling everything in sight and restoring the land piece by piece. That hands-on, field-first approach caught the attention of a range recycling company, and from there, the momentum grew.
As word spread, roofing, construction, and demolition businesses began seeking our help—not just for environmental cleanup, but for strategic support. We began guiding them through government contracting processes, helping them grow, scale, and secure new opportunities.
After proving our value in these sectors, we saw a broader need—and a bigger mission. We made our services public, assembling a highly experienced team with backgrounds in government contracting, finance, project management, and operations. Together, we formalized Biosphere Solutions into what it is today: a consulting partner dedicated to practical growth, scalable solutions, and lasting impact.
Our Founder
Matt Brody is a dedicated entrepreneur with a passion for strategic growth, operational excellence, and practical innovation. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Matt's upbringing in the diverse and fast-paced environment of Southern California instilled in him a strong sense of creativity, resilience, and adaptability.
After earning his business degree from San Diego State University, Matt immediately entered the world of government contracting, joining a major U.S. defense company. There, he developed a deep understanding of federal procurement, compliance, and large-scale program execution—skills that would later become the backbone of Biosphere Solutions’ consulting services.
Outside of his professional life, Matt is an active individual who enjoys hiking and playing soccer on a weekly basis. These pursuits help him stay sharp, focused, and connected to his community.
Driven by a strong belief in purposeful work and long-term relationships, Matt founded Biosphere Solutions to bring high-level strategic insight to small and growing businesses. His commitment to helping others scale with confidence and navigate complex markets is the foundation of his leadership and the company’s mission.
